Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data: your email address, name (if given) and a hashed password.
• Workspace content: the URLs you submit, the pins generated from them (titles, descriptions, images rendered), your boards list, brand kit (name, colors, website) and scheduling choices.
• Performance fields: impressions, saves and clicks are entered by you per pin (until API analytics is enabled) and stored with the pin.
• Payment data: payments are processed by our merchant of record (Paddle or Polar). We never receive or store your card details.

2. How we use it

Only to operate Studio: rendering your pins, keeping your workspace, enforcing plan limits, and providing support. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your content to train models.

3. Cookies

Studio uses a single session cookie to keep you signed in. The public site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. Third parties

When you fetch a page, Studio contacts that page's host to read it. When Pinterest API publishing is enabled and you connect an account, pin data is sent to Pinterest under your authorization. Hosting providers process data on our behalf.

5. Retention and your rights

Workspace data is kept while your account is active. Email admin@pininspect.com to export or delete your account and its data; deletions are completed within 30 days.
